「立地よし。コスパよし。」
なんと言っても立地の良さ。市庁駅から歩いて５分。明洞から１０分。光化門から１０分と観光地のど真ん中にあると言っても過言ではない。それにコスパがよい。一人あたり１泊５０００円で十分な広さの部屋に泊まれるのはいい。スリッパやガウンまであり、格安ホテルとしては充実している。また、予約時に朝食付きプランを頼んでいたのだが、不必要になり、国際電話をかけてキャンセルした。その際、日本語で対応してくれ、１食あたり１０００円を減額してくれた。
トイレの排水がよくない。（ソウルのホテルにはよくあることだが）給水が弱いので、１回流すと連続して使えなかった。ビル街なので、窓からの景色はよくない。
